The Holacracy Constitution
The Holacracy constitution contains all the rules of Holacracy. We try not only to give a Dutch translation of the Constitution, but to make it useful and accessible for all Holacracy organizations in the Netherlands.

Although the Holacracy constitution is perceived as a complicated document although Holacracy creates true clarity. As with any ruleset it is easier to understand and better if you start in practice. During the execution you will learn to apply the rules of the game and then you only need the Holacracy constitution as reference.
