Holacracy is a particularly useful framework for organizing work. It doesn’t cover other aspects. In our work with other pioneers we encounter the aspects that Holacracy doesn’t cover a human structure and legal structure. Where Holacracy stops we’ll continue: Beyond Holacracy. Energized.org is working on becoming a for-purpose enterprise (also called Self-Organizing Enterprise) by creating a framework for the legal structure (Company) and the human structure (the Association). With these three aspects: the work in the organization, the legal form of the Company and cooperation in the Association creates a new entity so called Self-Organizing Enterprise. On the experience we gained during the journey we report here.
