During this introductory workshop we will tell you about Holacracy as a way to organize work in the organization. Holacracy is an alternative to the traditional management hierarchy. So you look at your organization and the work that needs to be done in a different way.

The rules in Holacracy are very clear. The meeting structure also has clear rules. That is why during a simulation you will experience for yourself what it is like to attend a meeting when you work in a self-organizing way.
