Time for a Holacracy Event! We’re organizing a Meetup, the first one of 2017! Join Energized.org, Springest and Brian Robertson from HolacracyOne in Amsterdam on February 6th 2017.
This Meetup is for anyone who is interested in learning more about Holacracy – a new, powerful system that challenges the way we think about structuring organizations. Whether you’re new to the subject, thinking about implementing Holacracy, or already working with it – come and join us!
As usual, the event will be hosted at Springest HQ in the center of Amsterdam. Springest was one of the first European companies to adopt Holacracy and has been practicing the organizational model since 2012. If you want to know more about what it’s like to work in a Holacratic environment, talk to any of the Springeteers present at the Meetup and learn from their experiences first hand.
HolacracyOne (H1) will be organizing the Practitioner Training in Amsterdam with a few dozen of Holacracy enthusiasts. Brian Robertson with colleagues will join us at the meetup! Would you like to meet in person one of the Holacracy founders? You will get a chance!
Energized.org has been supporting Springest and other organizations in their journey to become fully self-organizing. We will be there too! This time we’ll share interesting points about our experience with large-scale Holacracy implementations.
You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with some of the participants and coaches of the Holacracy Practitioner Training.
