As Holacracy providers we’re always interested in Holacracy insights. That’s why it got our attention that OKR’s (Objective and Key Results) are used at Springest in order to enhance focus and alignment across the organization and keep role autonomy.
It’s not an inherent part of Holacracy but, as we can see in Springest’s example, it is very compatible. Therefore we asked Ewout Meijer from Springest to tell us a bit more about the use of OKR’s in an Holacracy environment.
